Role Description The Retrofit Options Proposal Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mason, OH. This position is responsible for coordinating retrofit and upgrade proposal activities, including gathering technical and commercial information, preparing detailed proposals, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and RFPs. The coordinator works closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to define scope, pricing, and delivery details for retrofit options and other aftermarket solutions. Daily tasks include drafting and editing proposal documents, maintaining proposal templates and tracking systems, and following internal review and approval processes. The role also involves monitoring proposal status, supporting customer follow-up, and contributing to continuous improvement of proposal practices and tools.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in proposal coordination, including organizing inputs from cross-functional teams and managing proposal schedules.
  • Experience in proposal preparation and proposal writing, with attention to accuracy, clarity, and alignment with customer requirements.
