Position Summary
Blue Line Solutions is seeking an organized, creative, and results-driven Associate Director of Marketing to support the planning, execution, and management of the company's marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing operations, managing campaigns, creating content, supporting product launches, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
The Associate Director of Marketing serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Human Resources, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, and marketing efforts effectively support business growth, customer engagement, recruiting, and brand awareness.
Essential Functions
Marketing Operations amp; Campaign Management
  • Assist in developing and executing the company's annual marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Ensure marketing projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Content Development amp; Brand Management
  • Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials including brochures, presentations, product sheets, flyers, newsletters, blogs, videos, and digital content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Blue Line Solutions' brand standards and messaging.
  • Support the development of customer success stories, case studies, testimonials, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistency across all company communications.
Digital Marketing
  • Assist with management of the company website, including content updates and optimization.
  • Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  • Monitor website and digital marketing analytics.
  • Assist with SEO initiatives and digital advertising campaigns.
Product amp; Sales Support
  • Partner with Product Management to develop product marketing materials and launch campaigns.
  • Create sales collateral, presentations, proposal graphics, and customer-facing documents.
  • Support Sales with promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts that support customer retention and business development.
Events amp; Community Engagement

Marketing Administration

Education amp; Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, website content management, and email marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred
  • Experience working in a B2B technology or public safety environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics.

Reporting Relationships

Work Environment
This position is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional travel to customer sites, conferences, trade shows, recruiting events, and company-sponsored activities. Travel of up to 15% may be required depending on business needs.
