We’re currently seeking outgoing and detail-oriented Cashiers who are ready to deliver warm, memorable guest service at our grab & go window, featuring handcrafted cocktails, fresh sushi, artisanal gelato, and seasonal sorbet.

Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, or keeping your station polished and professional — you'll be an essential part of a world-class guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

As a Wolfgang Puck Cashier, you’re more than a register operator — you’re a brand ambassador for the “Eat. Love. Live.” philosophy. You’ll provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Pay: $14 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism

  • Accurately take and process orders for food, beverages, and retail items

  • Offer thoughtful upsells and suggestions based on the menu and guest needs

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized cashier station throughout the shift

  • Set up and break down front-of-house and grab & go areas, including visually appealing product displays

  • Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, allergens, and specials

  • Communicate promptly with the manager on duty about out-of-stock items, guest feedback, or equipment concerns

  • Assist with restocking, prepping, and basic opening/closing side work

  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Embody the Wolfgang Puck brand through professionalism, teamwork, and genuine hospitality

Who You Are:
  • Friendly, outgoing, and guest-service focused

  • Organized and detail-oriented under pressure

  • Able to handle POS systems with confidence and accuracy

  • Quick on your feet and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Enthusiastic about food, people, and elevating everyday experiences

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of cashier or hospitality experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and multitask efficiently

  • Basic Bartending experience preferred

  • Comfortable and experienced using a POS system and handling cash and credit transactions

  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays (especially during peak seasons at Disney Springs)

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, twist at the neck and trunk, bend at the waist and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, reach overhead, above shoulders and horizontally. Employees will use hands to handle objects and tools and operate service equipment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40-pound objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees may use vision to monitor food quality and quantity and may also order supplies, etc.
Work Conditions: May require evening and weekend hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee generally works in an indoor front of restaurant and kitchen environment with exposure to heat from ovens, hot foods and steamers and cleaning chemicals, fumes, equipment, and metal objects. You will usually be based indoors, splitting your time between the front of the restaurant and the kitchen. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be loud dependent on specific work site and/or equipment operation. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
