Position Summary...The Director, Real Estate (Design & Development) serves as a strategic lead for the portfolio’s physical growth. This role integrates design excellence with advanced estimating and project management frameworks to deliver the intelligence necessary for high-impact asset optimization. By leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology, the Director optimizes the project lifecycle. A core priority of this role is modernization: developing innovative "ways of working" and leading the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance workforce productivity and predictive accuracy. Through technical expertise and digital transformation, the Director will ensure the portfolio remains agile, efficient, and positioned for long-term scalability.
