We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data & Analytics and deep domain expertise in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional data transformation programs and managing complex multi-vendor delivery environments while partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data & Analytics programs across Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices organizations.
  • Manage complex multi-vendor and multi-partner engagements, ensuring alignment across business, technology, analytics, and operations teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, driving program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, data science, reporting, and business functions to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Track program milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery risks to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage deep understanding of Life Sciences data ecosystems, including Veeva, IQVIA (PlanTrak, LAAD, PE, Xponent), and Real-World Data sources such as TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, and Komodo.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into analytics roadmaps, data products, and actionable solutions.
  • Present analytics strategies, program updates, and solution recommendations to senior business stakeholders, demonstrating business impact and value realization.
  • Facilitate solution design and delivery discussions across analytics, data science, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead and oversee analytics initiatives involving patient, claims, sales, CRM, market research, and commercial datasets within the Life Sciences domain.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of experience in Data & Analytics (D&A), with 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation and modernization programs.
  • Proven expertise delivering AWS and Databricks-based data platform modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, Lakehouse architecture, data engineering, governance, and enterprise analytics.
  • Strong program leadership with experience managing large cross-functional teams, multiple vendors, consulting partners, and offshore/onshore delivery models.
  • Demonstrated strengths in executive stakeholder management, conflict resolution, roadmap planning, program governance, delivery tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience orchestrating multiple concurrent workstreams and aligning evolving business priorities into a cohesive program plan.
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical device organizations is highly preferred, with familiarity in regulatory environments and commercial/R&D/manufacturing data landscapes.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, capable of engaging senior business and technology executives while driving strategic transformation initiatives.
