Our Project Management team enables and executes great work in the smartest way possible.  We are passionate about transforming ideas into results as we constantly negotiate, organize, and understand the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing and technology.

To help with this, we're looking for an outstanding Associate Director, Project Management - a digital producer with a passion for using collaboration, the creative process, and emerging technologies to produce world-class interactive experiences for our clients. You'll help create dynamic digital experiences and integrated campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. Our project work includes experience design and development, digital and social media campaigns, digital partnership activations and promotions, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs, and branded content. 

As an Associate Director, you will not only help develop and execute the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work, but will also supervise a team of project managers and oversee large programs of work. To succeed, you will need to be a creative advocate, strive to be proactive, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit, and exercise excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

Day to day, your role will include:

  • Guide cross-functional teams running Always On Social & Influencer works streams for a Global client
  • Define and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and look for ways to improve processes while coaching teams to do the same
  • Actively seeking out ways to improve team and client communication and developing processes that lead to more effective collaboration
  • Keep clients and internal teams moving in the same direction by clearly defining priorities and direction
  • Problem-solve program and project issues; assist teams in resolution and successfully leading large teams to develop risk mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with partner agencies across the IAT
  • Oversee annual account planning in regards to holistic team structure and scoping process
  • Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure the client understands project flow and due dates needed in order to meet end goals
  • Contribute to capability model definition and management
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leads on complex projects and strategic assignments
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Enforce team compliance with high company standards and professionalism
  • Participate in team and cross-capability recruiting, interviewing, and staffing
  • Attend training seminars and continuing education as offered
  • Demonstrating the ability to deliver constructive feedback while outlining and facilitating development plans where needed
  • Develop and articulate compelling decks and lead trainings

Qualifications

We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • A four-year degree
  • 6-8 years of Project Management, Marketing, or related experience
  • Mastery of mid to large-level projects and programs
  • PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to get this)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALLE, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation

 Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
