Purpose of role
We implement multi-channel patient programs across U.S., and we are looking for an experienced Nurse Specialist to successfully deliver new and existing projects and to bring experience, energy and expertise to the delivery of our patient-centric programs.
Essential requirements
  • Provide empathetic, personalized support to patients enrolled in treatment programs via phone and digital communication channels.
  • Use motivational interviewing and evidence-based behavioral frameworks to help patients manage their condition and adhere to prescribed treatments.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients, caregivers, and family members throughout the treatment journey.
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM system, following all compliance and data privacy standards.
  • Report any potential adverse events or product complaints in accordance with pharmacovigilance protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (including Client Services, Behavioral Science, and Quality Assurance) to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and call calibration sessions to continuously improve the quality of patient interactions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to help refine patient support initiatives and program strategies.
  • Active nursing license in the U.S. (RN or equivalent), with experience in patient-facing roles. RDN a plus.
Preferred experience and skills
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a call center or virtual nursing environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of treatment adherence, chronic condition management, or specialty therapies.
  • Comfortable working within pharmaceutical-sponsored patient support programs and understanding of AE reporting and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a patient-first, compassionate approach.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing industry and associated guidelines in the U.S.
  • Understanding of compliance and AE reporting needs as it relates to PSP programs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in the face of changing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
