Title: Director of Nursing
 
Job Duties: The Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.
 
Schedule:
  • Full-Time: PM or NOC
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse.
  • Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.

About the Campus: Crestwood's Crisis Stabilization Unit is a program that is based in a recovery-focused environment where children, adolescents and adults in crisis are welcomed into a calm, warm, compassionate environment so that they may be assessed and provided mental health stabilization services, medication evaluation, management and linkages to a wide-range of outpatient and inpatient mental health services.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$130,000—$160,000 USD
