Job Overview:
We are looking to add a key member of the Arm Operations Product Delivery team which is responsible for delivering all of Arm's silicon products and systems into reality! The successful candidate will have a proven silicon program execution track record and a deep background in complex, cross-functional SOC, SW, design, and platform program management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the program from cradle to grave and be the conductor of a complex matrix of stakeholders. This new role is a mix of deep technical, flawless execution, and world-class end-to-end silicon program management.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end execution orchestration of Arm's next generation physical AI platform by working with and through various stakeholders both inside and outside of Arm; working across multiple cross functional teams.
  • Identify, mitigate and/or prevent technical challenges across multiple disciplines to ultimately deliver on a successful, mass-production program for our customers.
  • Own and crisply communicate schedule, program financials, risks and help needed for an executive audience and diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Infectious passion for program execution and a can-do spirit to just get it done
  • Systems Thinker - able to see the whole picture and how work streams interlock
  • Presence and Communications - validated ability to influence and deliver exquisite communication at all levels in a sophisticated matrix organization
  • Deep, technical SOC HW & SW design exposure
  • Self-starter - Comfortable driving unchartered, high paced programs with limited oversight
  • Highly analytical - Data driven and possesses strong problem-solving skills, able to structure complicated issues and find creative solutions to business and technical challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to bring difficult discussions to the table and arbitrate different viewpoints. Not afraid to speak up to ensure the success of the program and call out issues
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior execution or technical program management experience
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Computer Science

Salary Range:
$274,600-$371,600 per year
