Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operations of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.

  • Supervises Nursing Home Administrators of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.


Travel

  • Travel throughout New England.


Qualifications

  • Must possess bachelor’s degree, advanced degrees are a plus

  • Must be a Massachusetts Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

  • Minimum of ten years’ experience as a nursing home administrator, multi-facility operations experience a plus.


Alliance Health & Human Services is a non-profit with multiple skilled nursing facilities with an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our management team as the DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and can effectively communicate with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, physicians, and our teams of employees.


Responsible to: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER


Supervisory Responsibility for: Facility Administrators


Qualifications for this Position

  • Education: Graduate of state approved college or university with minimum of Bachelor's Degree.

  • Experience: Minimum of ten years' experience at the Director of Operations level supporting geriatric, long-term care. Excellent organizational ability with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Essential Personality Traits: Able to work with all levels of personnel and management with a professional and collaborative approach.


Essential Functions of this Position

  • Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English

  • Responsible for operations of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.

  • Supervises Nursing Home Administrators of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.

  • Travel throughout New England.


Qualifications

  • Must possess bachelor’s degree, advanced degrees are a plus

  • Must be a Massachusetts Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

  • Minimum of ten years’ experience as a nursing home administrator, multi-facility operations experience a plus.
