Job Description We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations to help lead and scale our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving operational challenges, and can seamlessly balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. As Director of Operations, you'll oversee logistics, fulfillment, supply chain coordination, customer operations, and cross-functional processes across the company. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across all sales channels while building scalable systems to support continued growth. What You'll Do Lead operational execution across e-commerce, wholesale, retail, and emerging sales channels Manage relationships with 3PLs, freight partners, and logistics vendors Oversee fulfillment performance, shipping timelines, inventory flow, and operational efficiency Partner cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Customer Experience, and Finance teams Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and SOPs Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience Support launch planning, inventory readiness, and supply chain coordination Manage reverse logistics and returns operations Drive accountability, organization, and operational excellence across teams What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment Experience within apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer goods preferred Strong understanding of DTC and omnichannel operations Proven ability to manage external partners and cross-functional teams Highly organized with excellent project management skills Analytical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style #J-18808-Ljbffr
