Director of Operations:  
Role Summary: Reporting to the VP of Operations, this Director provides tactical and strategic leadership. Uniquely, this role is the regional lead for Mobilization for the Bay Region and Technology. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role is the "bridge" between the executive vision and site-level execution, ensuring that regional standards are met and talent remains stable across their specific territory.
 
The Director of Operations is the key partner to the Client Food Team for strategy, program development, financial management, opening new business, and defining a culture of excellence. Specifically, this position oversees foh and boh operations for our restaurants, cafe’s, micro kitchens and other food spots, in partnership with the other Line of Business owners.  The role also partners with the support functions, such as procurement, HR, finance, accounting and both workplace and food safety to deliver on program expectations and goals.  Identifies, motivates, trains, develops and directs managers to deliver exceptional results and accomplish goals and projects. 
 
The Director of Operations will focus on all aspects of the Client Food program in a specific region in order to support operational excellence.  This position reports into the VP and will leverage their strong business knowledge, culinary, hospitality and people management skills to deliver positive results for all aspects of the Food Program. 
 
The great things you will be expected to do:
 
Operational Performance: Monitors budgets across all operations and leverages data to drive continuous improvement.
Client Partnership: Acts as key partner to the client and collaborates with stakeholders to operationalize the food program, owning the overall user experience.
Cultural & Quality Leadership: Drives a culture of excellence, accountability, compassion and safety while maintaining a passion for high-quality food preparation and taste.
Strategic & Talent Management: Leads and mentors senior management to achieve business goals and talent development, with an eye on succession planning.
Financial & Operational Integrity: Manages all financial responsibilities and reporting timelines with honesty, ensuring teams operate within budget and program standards.
Manage $ 200-250 Million P&L.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of multi-unit operations management.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets in a high-profile corporate environment.
Strong eye for operational and hospitality excellence
