Position Summary
Roosevelt University Financial Aid Services is seeking an Associate Director of Financial Aid Systems within the Office of Financial Aid Services. The Office of Financial Aid Services administers financial aid for Roosevelt University's undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students and plays a critical role in supporting student access, success, and institutional enrollment goals.
The Associate Director provides strategic leadership and functional oversight for the University's financial aid management system, external system interfaces, reporting, web and portal services, and related technologies. This role ensures efficient workflows, high-quality customer service, data integrity, and compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The Associate Director serves as a key partner to Enrollment Management and Information Technology, advancing a forward-looking financial aid technology strategy that enhances operational effectiveness and the student experience.

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$78,000
