The AssistantDirector of Client Services provides strategic, clinically informed, andoperational leadership for the Family Advocacy and Comprehensive CaseManagement (CCM) programs. This role ensures consistent, high-quality,trauma-informed services for children and caregivers from initial engagementthrough long-term stabilization.
This positionoversees staff supervision, program implementation, tiered case managementintegrity, and service delivery outcomes. The Assistant Director ensures thatfamily engagement, protective capacity, abuse dynamics, and risk-informeddecision-making guide all services.
EssentialFunctions:
StaffSupervision and Development:
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and evaluation of Comprehensive Case Managers and Family Advocacy Interns.
- Conduct regular individual supervision and team meetings focused on case review, risk assessment, and service quality.
- Support staff development in:
- Caregiver engagement
- Stabilization planning
- Documentation standards
- Establish clear expectations and ensure accountability for performance, documentation, and follow-through.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff and interns.
- Address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee internship program structure, supervision, and university partnerships.
ย ProgramLeadership:
- Provide oversight of Family Advocacy and CCM programming to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure service delivery reflects trauma-informed care, abuse dynamics, and risk-informed decision-making.
- Oversee:
- Family Service Plans (FSPs)
- Tiered case management model
- Therapy waitlist stabilization
- Family support meetings for complex cases
- Serve as escalation point for high-risk cases.
- Monitor caseloads, outcomes, and service delivery trends; adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with Clinical Services to ensure appropriate triage and coordination of care.
- Maintain fidelity to program structure and address service drift.
ProgramOperations:
- Oversee delivery of case management services, including:
- Structured follow-ups
- Stabilization support
- Psychoeducation groups
- Court support services
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with agency policies.
- Oversee trauma and suicide risk assessment processes.
- Ensure appropriate service tier classification and adjustments.
- Support coordination of direct service programs and Rainbow Room operations as needed.
Collaborationand Systems Coordination:
- Maintain strong relationships with MDT partners.
- Participate in MDT meetings and case coordination.
- Support cross-department collaboration within CACNT.
- Assist in strengthening community partnerships and referral networks
General:
- Maintain professional licenses in good standing and adhere to all ethical standards of practice.
- Participate in agency initiatives and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

PositionType/Expected Hours of Work/Location
Full-timeposition. Typical hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., withflexibility based on operational needs.ย This position is located in theLewisville office and will be required to travel to all offices (Lewisville,TX, Denton, TX and Bridgeport, Texas).
Educationand Training
- Graduate degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required; license must remain in good standing.
Experience
- 5 years professional experience in services for children and families affected by trauma.ย
- 2 years experience supervising staff and/or interns.ย
- Thorough knowledge of child sexual/physical abuse dynamics.ย
- Knowledge of law enforcement, CPS, DA's Office.ย
- Experience in court testimony preferred.ย
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
