Essential Responsibilities/Duties
Champion Client Relationships
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned aircraft owners, fostering trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Anticipate client needs and preferences to deliver proactive, personalized service.
  • Ensure regular communication and transparency across all facets of service delivery.

Drive Operational Excellence
  • Partner with Client Aviation Managers (CAMs) and internal teams to ensure seamless flight execution, maintenance planning, and crew coordination.
  • Maintain full visibility over aircraft activity and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.

Lead and Inspire Your Team
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Client Aviation Managers and Flight Crew professionals.
  • Cultivate a culture of service, professionalism, and accountability.

Own the Financial Picture
  • Collaborate with the Client Accounting Director to ensure financial clarity and transparency for clients.
