We are currently seeking a Associate Director of Contract Vehicles to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

The Associate Director of Contract Vehicle programs will provide both internal corporate communication and guidance, in addition to external client support and collaboration to lead and manage all aspects of Information Technology (IT) and Professional Services, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity/Government Wide Acquisition Contract (IDIQ/GWAC) contracts. This manager position provides support to executive leadership, the Sales Team and Client Teams in support of business development efforts in the Federal contracting market. 
 

Job Duties: 

  • Manages the full lifecycle of each major contract vehicle to include:
    • Contract vehicle identification and capture
    • Contract vehicle administration and compliance
    • External liaison: Primary interface with each Government Contract Vehicle Program Office
    • Internal liaison: Partner with sales and account teams to identify and qualify opportunities
    • Support capture of contract vehicle task orders
    • Educate sales and client teams to increase Vehicle understanding and use
    • Manage Vehicle PMO team
    • Market NTT DATA capabilities and support marketing programs
  • Work with the Leadership Team, individual Sales Executives, Client Managers, Capture Leads, and others to develop business strategy and execution
  • Support organizational Strategic Planning
  • Manage vehicle pipeline reporting & analysis supporting sales operations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience pursuing and managing large government-wide contract vehicles
    • Including at least 5 years of managerial/leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proven experience and track record as a client-facing IDIQ/GWAC Program Manager
  • Ability to establish and build a robust pipeline of vehicle-related opportunities contract of a broad spectrum in scope and complexity.
  • Experience managing client relationships at senior levels within the client organization.
  • Experience maintaining and growing multiple IDIQ/GWAC vehicles
  • Ability to resolve issues related to task order performance under an IDIQ/GWAC contract.
  • Proven ability to provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
  • Ability and experience to interface with Capture, Proposal, Business Development and Operations.
  • Proven ability to capture and win progressively larger opportunities (>$25mil)
  • Program Manager experience, within the last 3 years, for a large IDIQ/GWAC IT (>$50mil)
  • Experience with alternative contracting methods such as OTAs, CSOs, and SBIRs
  • NASA SEWP experience
  • Experience collaborating with Joint Ventures
  • Experience with large Single Agency IDIQs

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $110,179 - $183,631. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
