As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents.
What You'll Do:
• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
• Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations
• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals
• Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets
• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day
• Support on-site sales and marketing events
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families
You play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community.
What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year sales support or customer service experience
