The Associate Director plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the Autism Specialty Birth to Three program in the Northern region. This position is responsible for collaborating with the Director of Autism Specialty Services in the Northern Region and the Executive Leadership to develop and implement policies that enhance the services we provide to families and children in the Birth to Three program. 

The Associate Director oversees multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. They serve as a key liaison between clinical staff, administrative departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless service delivery.
