Position Introduction:
The Sooner SUCCESS Program is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract/Grant Coordinator to support community-based initiatives that improve outcomes for children, youth, and families across Garfield and Kay Counties. This position plays a vital role in coordinating contracts, grants, and program activities that strengthen partnerships among local agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with contractual and grant requirements.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting collaborative efforts that connect families to resources and services, promote community engagement, and advance the mission of Sooner SUCCESS throughout the region. Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 24 months experience in proposal submission and/or research administration.

Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in proposal submissions and/or research administration in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 72 months experience.
