Care Career is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Gold Beach, Oregon.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to support a new Oncology Infusion Center within a Critical Access Hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong hospital pharmacy and oncology experience, with expertise in chemotherapy preparation and hazardous drug compounding.
Responsibilities

  • Review and verify oncology medication orders.
  • Prepare chemotherapy and hazardous medications.
  • Evaluate medication dosing, interactions, and safety.
  • Collaborate with oncology providers, nurses, and pharmacy staff.
  • Document clinical activities using Epic EMR.
  • Support infusion center operations and provide direct clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements: PharmD degree required. Active Oregon Pharmacist (RPh) License. Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience. Oncology pharmacy and chemotherapy preparation experience required. Experience with hazardous drug compounding. Epic EMR experience preferred.
