We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment supporting a growing eCommerce platform, where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical. Youโ€™ll play a key role in optimizing infrastructure, enhancing monitoring capabilities, and driving continuous integration and deployment practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes
  • Support cloud-based or on-prem infrastructure to ensure uptime and scalability
  • Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Optimize system performance for a high-traffic eCommerce environment
  • Identify and implement improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident response
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)
  • Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
  • Experience supporting high-traffic or eCommerce platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
