What you'll do:
As a Treasury Management Officer Director, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers and Trust Associates to support our Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Trust and Custody teams at the divisional level. You'll administer CLO Compliance reporting lifecycle as well as the client deliverables for leverage facilities and custody transactions. You'll build strong partnerships through a team-based approach to relationship management while working with a team that includes Commercial Bankers, Business Development Officers, Loan Administration and Trust Operations as well as partners from Technology and Risk Management.
  • You'll be responsible for reviewing the work from Relationship Managers, including presentations, periodic risk reviews, action plans, and usual relationship management requirements. Oversee the identification of risks issues, close monitoring of and reporting on the status of the Trust and transaction conditions, including escalating to appropriate departments where appropriate.
  • Supervise a variety of general relationship management activities, including pipeline review, team capacity evaluations, evaluation of opportunities to determine if they fit the scope of capabilities and approved product offers. Prepare reports for management based on team's analysis related Key Risk Indicators and recommends mitigation strategies. Coordinates work distribution and service level performance. Oversee the processing of client deliverables; controls the process to validate that transactions are processed according to agreement, customer needs and conform to the Bank policies. Contribute to projects related to maintaining and improving internal administration policies and procedures.
  • Compile and analyze market research data to develop recommendations regarding products and services focused on needs of target market. Engage in business development activities and solicitation of new business based on the target market.
  • Work with Business Development Officers to attend calls and schedule visits to target customers and referral sources to promote and sell Corporate Trust products and services to establish a new book of business. Develop and maintain customer data base including calls and results on all new business relationships and referral sources. Provide reports to superiors as required. Represent the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to further enhance the Bank's image and develop additional business; assists the Bank in establishing and maintaining market position in the financing arena.

What you'll need:
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge and training in investor statement, portfolio compliance reporting, bondholder paying calculations and payment remittance.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • May require up to 25% travel.
