About the Role

Mobility Global is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive growth across our next-generation automotive decision intelligence, risk management, and agile planning solutions across global automotive OEMs and suppliers. Based in Detroit, Michigan you’ll drive growth through identifying prospects and leading the full sales cycle – from opportunity origination through to senior-level negotiations and deal close. This senior, individual‑contributor role is responsible for expanding strategic customer relationships, opening new executive-level buying centers, and selling complex enterprise-wide solutions that help automotive companies anticipate risk, improve planning agility, and make better business decisions. It is a fast-paced, high‑profile role within one of Mobility Global’s most strategic growth divisions. We are continually reinvesting in product innovation, ensuring our clients receive market-leading technology, best-in-class support, and unrivalled customer experience.

Responsibilities and Impact
  • Consistently exceed new business sales targets and deliver strong revenue growth.
  • Drive new customer acquisition through tailored communication and proactive identification of prospects and key personas, clearly demonstrating FAST and PIQ value proposition.
  • Initiate and maintain an organized and focused approach to new business development and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate closely with account management, product, and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for new initiatives and partnerships.
  • Attend industry events to drive industry awareness and stay abreast of market themes.
  • Champion customer success by ensuring every client interaction reflects Mobility Global’s high standards of service and care.
What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications
  • Proven new business development skills, leveraging existing relationships and cold outreach to build relationships with senior decision makers.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience serving automotive OEMs and suppliers, with experience selling SaaS, data & analytics solutions, enterprise software, strategic consulting services, or complex financial solutions.
  • Proactive drive to maximize pipeline through majority of in‑person engagement.
  • Experience and understanding of automotive industry dynamics and challenges including Supply Chain Risk, Production planning, vehicle programs, capacity constraints, electrification, market forecasting, global sourcing, inventory management, cost pressures, industry disruption and all associated personas strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with a consistent track record in consultative sales.
  • Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and executive decision‑makers within global organizations.
  • Consultative, diagnostic sales approach with the ability to influence client buying criteria and differentiate against competitors.
  • Established network of senior contacts across automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Ability to clearly communicate both our product and company’s strategic vision as a partner to our clients.
  • Well‑balanced sales mindset and discipline to balance short‑term new business goals with long‑term divisional goals.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment.
