Job Description: Integration Developer
Required Skills: Design and implement integration workflows using Dell Boomi to connect UKG with external systems. Develop, test, and deploy custom interfaces and data transformations. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements. Migrate legacy interfaces to Dell Boomi Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and meet performance benchmarks. Provide support for UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live troubleshooting. Maintain documentation for all integration processes and configurations. Hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, or other UKG platforms (WFM).
Nice to have skills:
Recommended Qualifications: 2-5+ years of experience in integration development using Dell Boomi. Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and web services. Familiarity with HCM/WFM domain concepts. Experience with SDLC, Agile, or DevOps methodologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Boomi certification(s) (e.g., Boomi Associate Developer).
