Position Description
  • Work closely with design engineers to develop systems and assemblies in support of custom projects and new product development
  • Read, analyze, and interpret component specifications and system level diagrams
  • Create electrical assemblies, schematics, PCB layouts, bills of materials, and other documentation in support of Systems Engineering
  • Build prototypes or first article devices
  • Support operations by providing alternate component selection for obsolete or long lead times
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
  • Five years of work experience building and troubleshooting electrical components and systems
  • Experience producing manufacturing documentation packages
  • Experience with printed circuit board design tools
  • Competent with ERP systems and BOM generation
  • Working knowledge of PLC/HMI based control systems and design
