About the Role:

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution that connects dealers, consumers, lenders, and ecosystem partners. You will own outcomes end to end, from liquidity and conversion to risk, compliance, and partner growth, while launching and scaling a platform in a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own marketplace strategy across buyer, seller, lender, and partner experiences, and define the multi-year roadmap and quarterly OKRs.
  • Build and optimize capabilities such as dealer onboarding, inventory ingestion, rate and term comparison, pre-qual and pre-approval flows, and liquidity management.
  • Define and track marketplace KPIs, including conversion, match rates, partner participation, and revenue per transaction, and drive experimentation through A/B testing and feature flags.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, data, risk, operations, and compliance, and ship iteratively at high quality.
  • Shape decisioning and rules engines aligned to auto finance and consumer lending, and champion risk-aware matching and pricing intelligence.
  • Implement safeguards against fraud, platform abuse, and identity risk in collaboration with Risk and InfoSec.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education Bachelor's degree in business or information technology, preferably M.B.A

Experience 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years building two-sided marketplaces or fintech products, with a track record of shipping 0?1 and scaling.

Strong data fluency, including funnel analytics, cohorting, and KPI instrumentation.

Domain depth in lending ecosystems and customer acquisition funnels, plus familiarity with U.S. consumer-finance regulations (UDAAP, ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, GLBA, OFAC).

Platform mindset across APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures, and experience with partner integrations for dealers, lenders, and data vendors.

Excellent stakeholder leadership and communication in regulated, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have Auto retail or finance experience, including off-lease remarketing, dealer systems, and titling or registration. Experience with marketplace liquidity management, personalization and ranking, and pricing intelligence.
