About this Role:

We are seeking a Junior Integration Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of enterprise integrations and reporting solutions that connect key business systems.

You will work alongside experienced engineers to help build and maintain integrations, ETL pipelines, and reporting solutions that connect systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and Deltek Vantagepoint with our Google Cloud-based data environment. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to develop your technical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will work on custom integrations, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks that connect platforms like Salesforce, Workday, and Deltek Vantagepoint with our Google Cloud-based data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining integration services between Salesforce, Workday, Deltek Vantagepoint, and other enterprise systems

  • Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of ETL workflows using tools such as Airflow, dbt, and Google Cloud services

  • Help build and maintain data ingestion pipelines using APIs and ODBC connections

  • Contribute to reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and semantic data layers

  • Support deployment and basic management of applications on Google Cloud Run

  • Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to support BigQuery and Cloud Storage environments

  • Assist with implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting to support application reliability

  • Follow established security, access management, and data governance best practices

  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team knowledge sharing

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Minimum of 1year of experience in software development, data integration, or a related technical role

  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL (internships, academic projects, or entry-level experience acceptable)

  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and data integration concepts

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred, but not required)

  • Familiarity with data or analytics tools such as BigQuery, Airflow, dbt, or similar is a plus

  • Basic experience with Git or other version control systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Salesforce, Workday, or Deltek Vantagepoint through coursework, internships, or projects

  • Familiarity with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools

  • Introductory experience with Docker or container-based development

  • Basic knowledge of cloud logging and monitoring concepts

  • Exposure to JavaScript or scripting languages

  • Interest in automation, AI-enabled tools, or workflow optimization

  • Full time hybrid flexibility based on location based out of Mexico or Puerto Rico.

  • Salary Range: $50,000K annually depending on location and skills.
