Description:Outpatient Therapist I or II - *Sign On Bonus Eligible** (QHP)


Conifer Park is looking for a Counselor, Therapist, I or II to join our Outpatient Team in Liverpool (Syracuse), NY. As a Counselor/Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload.

Sign on bonus for Qualifying Health Professionals (QHP) Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift. Maximum amount is $3,000 to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 1 Year and 2 year)

  • The following QHPs are eligible for sign on bonus: CASAC, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW.

Schedule: Monday-Friday three days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and two days from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements:

Counselor Requirements: Associate's degree in chemical Dependency or related field with 1 year of applicable experience, Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification, CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire


Therapist I Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field, with one year related experience, Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.


Therapist II Requirements: Master’s Degree in related field, Current CASAC, LMHC or LMSW with one year of experience, or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.
