About This Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results driven Senior Director, Data, Analytics & AI to help grow and deliver RGP's Data, Analytics & AI advisory services. This leader will play a critical role in developing client relationships, driving revenue, and delivering high impact solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, combined with a proven ability to shape, sell, and deliver advisory services in a consulting environment.
As a senior leader within the practice, this individual will contribute to shaping service offerings, driving go-to-market strategies, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes. This is an opportunity for someone energized by transformation and client success, combining strong commercial instincts with hands-on delivery leadership and the ability to guide teams and clients through complex business and technology initiatives.
Base Pay Range: $187,000 - $234,000.
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
What You Will Work On
  • Develop, sell, and deliver Data, Analytics & AI advisory solutions that help clients modernize their data ecosystems, enable advanced analytics, and realize measurable business value from AI investments.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and cross-practice collaboration.
  • Lead complex client engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on: Data and AI strategy development; Data governance, quality, and operating models; Enterprise analytics and reporting transformation; Data architecture modernization, cloud data platforms, and data ecosystems; AI readiness, responsible AI, AI governance, and adoption strategies; Intelligent automation, generative AI, and workflow-enabled AI solutions
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and build scalable data and AI capabilities.
  • Lead proposal development, solution design, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen RGP's position in the marketplace.
  • Contribute to the development of differentiated offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build trusted client relationships and serve as a senior advisor to C-suite, business, and technology leaders.
  • Mentor and develop consulting professionals while helping build a high-performing Data, Analytics & AI talent community.
  • Collaborate across Finance Transformation, Risk, Technology, Internal Audit, and other practices to deliver integrated business solutions.

What You Will Bring
  • 15+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or related advisory services.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building, selling, and delivering consulting solutions while consistently exceeding revenue and business development targets.
  • Deep expertise across the data and AI lifecycle, including: Data strategy and governance
  • Data quality and master data management; Data architecture and modern data platforms
  • Business intelligence and advanced analytics; Cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar); Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI; AI governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks; Data enablement for AI and intelligent automation initiatives
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and global client engagements.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, solutions, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes and executive-level recommendations.
  • Relevant certifications in data, analytics, cloud technologies, AI, or project management are a plus.
