This executive will define and drive the enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy to enhance decision-making and support profitable growth, while promoting a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global claims data & analytics team, fostering collaboration across underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, and IT.
• Design and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization’s vision and business objectives.
• Oversee enterprise data governance, quality, security, and compliance initiatives, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Drive the adoption of predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions for, claims, , fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in the selection and integrate of leading-edge data technologies, platforms, and tools to support scalable and agile analytics infrastructure.
• Foster a data-driven culture by promoting analytics literacy and best practices across the global claim organization.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ progressive leadership experience in claims data & analytics, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or risk management sectors.
• Proven expertise operationalizing data-driven solutions.
• Deep understanding of casualty and property insurance products, global markets, and regulatory environments.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, statistical modeling, data governance, big data platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, vendor management and communication skills.
