Summary:

The Data, Analytics, & AI team enables Bath & Body Works to make smarter, consumer-first decisions by applying data, analytics, and AI to the business’s highest-impact priorities. The team partners closely with Consumer First Formula leaders and technology teams to find opportunities, prioritize work, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with multi-functional teams across Digital, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Marketing to define business questions and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, find opportunities, and support decision-making across key business initiatives
  • Design, implement, and measure experiments across digital and marketing channels, including test/control analysis and performance readouts
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical partners, including executive stakeholders
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting tools to enable ongoing insight into performance and core metrics
Qualifications

Required:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and coding, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with Python or R
  • Experience with working in cloud environments
  • Experience designing and analyzing test/control experiments
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex business questions, develop an analytic approach, translate data into concise and actionable insights, and to present the insights back to non-technical business partners
  • Completes work independently; receives general guidance on new projects
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired:

  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Hex, Juptyer Notebooks, Snowpark, and PowerBI
  • Experience working in a corporate retail or luxury brand environment
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Telium, Adobe Target, or similar digital analytics and experimentation tools
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area; or equivalent combination or relevant education and experience.
