Job description

Job Summary: Answer calls and perform risk assessments for patients seeking Behavioral Health Services.

Must be self motivated and work in a busy environment.

Qualifications: Minimum of an Associates Degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.

A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service with concentration in behavioral health and substance abuse treatments.

Have knowledge of insurance verification and be able to work within several different computer programming.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Day shift availability required.
