Position Summary

The Technical Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions. This role is responsible for analyzing systems, troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design and recommend system solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, QA, and support) to define specifications and deliver solutions
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation including system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications
  • Support system implementation, testing, and deployment activities

Requirements
