Job description

About the Position

We are seeking a qualified Computer Engineer to work collaboratively with our fabrication shop in Anderson, California. This position is not remote and will require living in the commutable Anderson area.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with control and automation engineers to take concepts and turn them into solutions for our production environment requirements
  • Write high-performance C++ algorithms
  • Interface with industry’s latest sensor technologies
  • Build user interfaces, improving user experience
  • Conceptualize new software and hardware solutions for our production needs
  • Maintain and improve our existing software codebase
  • Communicate professionally with our end-users
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable degree
  • Proficient in C++, .Net, Python, preferably utilizing Visual Studio
  • Experience preferred with A.I. (Computer Vision), PyTorch, Django, Microsoft WPF
  • Exposure to databases, preferably PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL
  • Solid understanding of college-level mathematics (Trigonometry)
