In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new growth opportunities aligned with Outokumpu's EVOLVE strategy, with a focus on expanding participation in highvalue stainless applications, emerging market segments, and differentiated solutions that generate profitable growth beyond the core business. Operating at the intersection of market insight, customer value creation, and internal execution, this individual contributor partners closely with Sales, Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to translate strategic opportunities into scalable margin outcomes.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 5 years minimum in business development, technical sales, or commercial strategy in stainless steel, specialty metals, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience owning account plans and engaging customers at technical, operational, and executive levels to align solutions with customer strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with pricing strategies, margin management, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with technical, new product development, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.

Salary Range: US $139,400 to $174,300
