The Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our medium-sized administrative team. Reporting directly to the CEO/Executive, this position ensures efficient office functioning by managing schedules, communications, and records. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer support within fixed working hours and no travel requirements.

Company Description

Michigan Maintenance Supply (MMS) provides quality indoor building cleaning equipment, chemicals and janitorial supplies. As a Legend Flagship Dealer, MMS provides carpet cleaning truck mount installations, janitorial chemicals and paper, can liners, service and parts. We also service other major brands of truck mounted and commercial floor care equipment.

MMS is a Spartan Chemical distributor.

Our 4,000 square foot heated and secured garage is fully capable of securely storing your cube truck and van—approximately 12 truck mounts. This service garage also provides additional showroom area for display of Prochem Truck Mounts Blazer XL, Legend XL, Peak, Apex, and the Everest HP650.

Since 1978, we have been located in the same location. MMS is a campus of buildings - built circa 1940 and fully restored. In addition to an 8,000 square foot showroom, there are two service garages for truck mount installations and service work.
