About the Role:
ACFN Franchised Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process and record financial transactions accurately in accounting software
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and expense reports
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries for management
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
