Job Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain and support computer networks, information systems, and ERP infrastructure. This role is responsible for daily system health, hands-on help desk support, cybersecurity, and technology improvements that improve productivity, security, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong ERP experience, system administration skills, and the ability to read, modify, or develop code when needed. The position requires someone who can troubleshoot effectively, communicate clearly with users, and balance system stability with continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will also be comfortable taking ownership of ERP discussions, upgrades, integrations, and user-driven enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor system performance, security, and overall health of network and information systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and desktop support issues
  • Provide responsive help desk support to internal users
  • Evaluate technology needs and recommend hardware and software upgrades
