This role is ideal for an early-career scientist eager to build technical expertise, contribute to real-world products, and grow within a structured, team-based R&D organization.You will work closely with experienced scientists and crossfunctional partners while gaining exposure to assay development, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.Key Responsibilities
  • Support stagegate product development activities, including assay development, validation, and technology transfer
  • Execute laboratory experiments such as ELISA and lateral flow assays following established protocols
  • Perform routine laboratory activities including sample preparation, pipetting, buffer preparation, and general lab operations
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and well-organized electronic laboratory notebooks
