Responsibilities for a Data Privacy Specialist include but are not limited to:
Manage global Data Subject Requests (DSRs), including intake, review, tracking, redaction of sensitive information, and coordination of compliant responses.
Monitor and administer privacy mailboxes, ensuring timely responses to internal and external privacy inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
Collaborate with Legal, Human Resources, IT Security, Risk Assurance, Customer Service, and other departments to support privacy and data protection initiatives.
Maintain privacy-related documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and knowledge base materials while monitoring project deadlines and compliance requirements.
Conduct research on evolving privacy regulations and data protection requirements and assist with implementation efforts across the organization.
Candidates for Data Privacy Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
5–10 years of experience in compliance support, legal administration, privacy operations, project coordination, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft collaboration tools including SharePoint and Teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in a professional manner.
Preferred: Working knowledge of privacy regulations, data protection principles, or experience supporting privacy compliance programs.

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
