Job Summary:
Clayton Services is searching for an Associate Data Analyst to join a growing organization in Northwest Houston. The Associate Data Analyst will support reporting initiatives, analyze business data, develop dashboards, and help improve operational processes through data-driven insights and automation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for process improvement
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership and departmental stakeholders
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries within relational database environments
• Assist with database maintenance, data structures, and reporting architecture to improve accessibility and efficiency
• Support data integration activities and automated data workflows across multiple business systems
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and implement solutions to improve accuracy and productivity
• Perform data validation, auditing, and quality control to ensure reporting integrity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver meaningful analytical solutions
• Create documentation, training materials, and reporting guides for end users
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support additional reporting and data-related projects as assigned
