Grant Administration Consultant, Senior Associate

The Opportunity: As a Grant Administration Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the Health Services sector, providing strategic insights and operational support within our Operations Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop solutions that enhance business operations. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Operations practice, working closely with clients to anticipate their needs and deliver quality solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in relationship building and managing others, while also embracing increased ambiguity to drive personal growth. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of our clients and the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities:

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
