* Business Intelligence: Design, build, and maintain custom Power BI dashboards and paginated reports (via Power BI Report Builder) to monitor vendor performance metrics, supply chain health, and equipment availability. Manage automated report subscriptions for executive leadership.
* Data Integrity: Perform regular data cleansing, profiling, and validation on data warehouse tables to ensure high-quality, trusted reporting and analytics.
* Low-Code Application Development: Develop and refine low-code business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline internal workflows and approval chains.
* Collaboration Infrastructure: Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams channels and SharePoint structures to ensure seamless information sharing and document management.
* Advisory: Act as a core technical advisor to the Division Chief, translating complex logistics data into actionable, data-driven operational strategies. Required Qualifications * Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant data engineering/analytics experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered (e.g., Associate's degree + 11 years, or High School Diploma + 13 years of technical experience).
* Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required. Must possess an active federal Secret Security Clearance at the time of application.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expert-level experience with:
* Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) & Data Tools (SSDT).
* Microsoft Power BI Desktop & Power BI Report Builder.
* Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise. Technical Certification Framework * CompTIA Security+ ce: An active CompTIA Security+ ce (or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification) is highly preferred.
* Commercial Candidate Grace Period : Highly qualified corporate candidates without this certification must be willing and able to study for, test, and obtain the CompTIA Security+ ce credential within 45 days of their hire date (exam voucher/sponsorship provided by the company). Preferred Experience * Experience in commercial supply chain logistics, aviation/fleet asset management, heavy equipment manufacturing, or corporate inventory operations.
* Prior hands-on experience handling very large, disparate enterprise data sets or enterprise data fabric environments (such as Palantir Foundry).
* Strong understanding of performance-based metrics, vendor SLAs, and asset reliability tracking. Radiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
