Job Summary

Kickstart Your Career in the Data Center Industry! Looking for a stable, hands-on job with great pay and growth potential? We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to support day-to-day operations inside data centers. You’ll be part of a team handling materials, equipment, and logistics that keep critical facilities running smoothly.

No electrical experience required — just bring your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work with a team. Training is provided.

What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate – Data Center Support

  • Move, organize, and stage equipment and materials (requires heavy lifting)
  • Support decommissioning projects: removing cabinets, cabling, ladder racks, trays, servers, and related equipment
  • Assist with new build-outs: containment installations, row set-ups, conveyance systems
  • Help with other projects like battery replacements and upgrades
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely (training provided if needed)
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism in a secure, critical environment
  • Travel to job sites as needed between in Northern VA and MD

What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Associate – Data Center Support

  • Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and working on ladders (up to 10 ft)
  • Strong attention to detail when working around sensitive equipment
  • Professional, dependable, and a strong communicator
  • Experience in warehouses, construction, or data centers is a plus (not required)
