Join EO Johnson Business Technologies as a Supply Sales & Pricing Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in shaping pricing strategies, supporting our growing e-commerce platform, and helping drive business growth across our organization.

This is more than a pricing role. You'll be a strategic partner working across sales, procurement, finance, operations, and applications teams to optimize profitability, improve efficiency, and create exceptional customer experiences.

Your Role
  • Manage supply sales pricing to ensure competitive market positioning while supporting company profitability
  • Help build, maintain, and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, including product setup, pricing, and online ordering processes
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies that align with business objectives and margin goals
  • Support Account Executives by preparing quotes, recommending pricing solutions, and developing customer supply programs
  • Analyze sales, purchasing, pricing, and margin data to identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and operational improvements
  • Work closely with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing, rebates, discounts, and purchasing opportunities
  • Oversee purchasing activities, including item maintenance, purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, and vendor communications
  • Maintain accurate product, vendor, pricing, and customer information across business systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives
  • Provide outstanding support to customers, sales teams, and branch locations regarding products, pricing, orders, and supply programs
What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of experience in pricing administration, purchasing, procurement, supply sales operations, customer service, business analysis, e-commerce administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations
  • Understanding of pricing concepts, margin management, and profitability analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with ERP systems and business reporting tools preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
