In this role, the individual will contribute to the advancement of the CFO data strategy by helping develop strategic data sets, improving access to data for self-service use, and supporting the delivery of scalable analytics and reporting solutions.ATheArole offers the opportunity to work across business and technology partners, apply modern tools and techniques, and help shape best practices for data quality, governance, and usability within assigned data domains.A

ResponsibilitiesA

• Serves as a key contributor to the Data Enablement Team in support of the CFO data strategy, helping to expand the teamas impact beyond data visualization to broader data enablement and strategic data management.A
• Develops, enhances, andAmaintainsAstrategic data sets that improve consistency, usability, and trust in data for business stakeholders.A
• EnablesAfaster, more efficient access to data for users through self-service solutions, streamlined data workflows, and scalable delivery models.A
• Prepares visualizations and delivers results to management and other leaders; partners with business subject matter experts to provide recommendations and communicate observed outcomes to both technical and nontechnical audiences.A
• Translates business requirements into scalable data solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture, governance policies, and business priorities.A
• Leads cross-functional groups to define requirements andAsupportsAthe development of project plans, use cases, user stories, and business cases.A
• Independently performs advanced and moderately complex statistical, quantitative, and analytical work in support of assigned business areas.A
• Partners with business subject matter experts and technology teams toAidentifyAopportunities to improve analytical capabilities, enhance data accessibility, and modernize data solutions.A
• Stays abreast of developments in data, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI capabilities, and evaluates opportunities to apply them to improve efficiency, insights, and user enablement.A
• Champions data governance best practices by promoting data integrity, quality, security, compliance, andAappropriate useAof data across analytics and data enablement activities.A
• Collaborates with data stewards and data owners to implement and enhance data management frameworks, metadata standards, and data lineage documentation within assigned data domains.A
• Supports the development and enforcement of data access controls, privacy protocols, and governance standards in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.A
• ProactivelyAidentifiesAopportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data delivery timeliness and accuracy, and strengthen the overall user experience for data consumers.A

QualificationsA

Required:A

• Bacheloras degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceA
• 5+ years of total relevant work experienceA
• Experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, data enablement, data management, or a related functionA
• Experience translating business needs into data solutions, reporting capabilities, or analytical outputsA
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver business valueA

Preferred:A

• Experience withAPower BI, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and AlteryxA
• Experience building or supporting strategic data sets, curated data assets, or self-service data solutionsA
• Experience working with metadata, data lineage, data definitions, and domain-based data ownership modelsA
• Experience supporting or applying data governance, data quality, and data management best practicesA
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture concepts and scalable data solution designA
• Interest in emerging analytics technologies and AI-enabled capabilitiesA
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts and analyses for nontechnical audiencesA
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA

Base Salary Ranges

$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$105,000.00 - $180,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$120,000.00 - $205,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individualas relevant experience and skills for the role.A Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.A Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
