RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage the pricing team inbox, triage requests, assign ownership, follow up on inquiries, and support daily pricing operations.

  • Maintain accurate product, customer, cost, list price, and attribute data within pricing systems and databases.

  • Coordinate pricing updates between U.S. and Canadian operations to ensure consistency and accuracy across regions.

  • Contact suppliers by phone, email, or online resources to obtain current pricing and update information within AS400 and related systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, finance, business operations, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with Access, reporting tools, or data management systems is highly preferred.

  • Experience with AS400, Cognos, Power BI, Smartsheet, ERP systems, or pricing management platforms is a strong plus.
