The Training and Development Specialist may also assist with preparing instructional content, coordinating training logistics, and supporting updates to training materials and learning management systems.

Candidates must possess:

Active Secret Security Clearance

The role requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting training development, instructional content creation, or education delivery for large organizations, preferably within a DoD or federal agency environment.

Within that experience, candidates must demonstrate:

At least one (1) year of experience supporting the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web-based or blended learning products using current DAF training platforms.

At least one (1) year of experience assisting with data collection, analysis, and course marketing efforts to improve training accessibility and completion rates for financial management training programs.

The Training and Development Specialist must also demonstrate familiarity with key DoD training and financial management policies and regulations.

This position requires strong organizational, communication, and technical support skills, along with the ability to assist in developing effective training solutions that support workforce development and mission performance within DoD environments.
