Shits: 12 hrs nights
# of needs: 2
REQUIREMENTS
RN- AZ- license in good standing
2 years of current acute care/sub acute/Long-term experience
BLS/ACLS (front/back-singed)
2- Current references (RNs)
Current Physical (within-12 months)
Current PPD (within- 12 months)
Titers- MMR/Varicella/Hep B
Tdap and Flu vaccine current
Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
Must be able to pass a back ground screening
Must be able to pass urine drug testing
