Location: Round Rock, Texas

Facility: Dell Childrens Medical Group Wyoming Springs

Department/Specialty: Pediatrics

Schedule: Full time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Deliver high-quality direct nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient safety and comfort.

  • Execute and adapt individualized care plans while continuously monitoring patient progress to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

  • Track and communicate vital health changes in real-time to the care team, ensuring swift and accurate clinical decision-making.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless, collaborative experience for the patient.

  • Champion the discharge planning process from admission to transition, collaborating with the healthcare team to guarantee safe and successful patient returns home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
