Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg

Schedule: Nights 7p-7a

Assignment Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

  • Current Maine RN license
  • BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Telemetry experience preferred
  • MOAB or CPI certifications preferred, but not required

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care functions in accordance with state nursing board regulations and facility policies.
  • Work under the supervision of the Unit Director and collaboratively with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse.
  • Maintain strong communication with team members and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Uphold the mission and values of the healthcare facility, providing compassionate care to patients.

Compliance / Notes:

  • Travelers who live within 50 miles of the facility will receive a $10/hr lower local rate.
  • Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
